Single Volunteers of Bucks County (SVBC) is a group of busy, energetic singles who enjoy making a difference in our communities and meeting new single friends.

SVBC is not a dating or matchmaking service. It is an opportunity to do volunteer work and meet other singles. We never release names or addresses to other organizations or companies. Not even to members!

SVBC was formed by Marge Meehan and Charlene Briegel in June 1998. It is modeled after the National Organization, Single Volunteers of America.

Becoming a Volunteer is easy. Membership to SVBC is free. All we ask is your time to do community work. We do not require you to do a certain number of events as we know how busy life can be. To join, simply show up at a meeting or you can help us at an event- but please email us prior to the event so we sign you up.  You can receive regular e-mail notifications about upcoming events.
